Yesterday as I witnessed the marriage of two beautiful souls, my heart was reminded of the many contracts we make throughout our lifetime.
None so serious as the contract of marriage but non-the-less, in terms of our self- growth and soul journey, all are significant.

Every year, every day, is about change. This year our lives have been rocked at the many losses, loves and lives that have been guiding lights and influential in activating change... family, friends, mentors, greats, those whose voice has been in our lives by way of music, song, arts, leaders, justice...

What we truly yearn is choice and freedom.
For many, any attempt to achieve freedom appears massively ineffective, treacherous, difficult and a Cinderella ‘cinders to the throne’, fairy tale.
Let’s think sensibly!
