QUIET MOMENTS meditation with Sylvia Marina Introduction by Kim Bidstrup. This meditation is extensively shared around the world. First recording for cancer patients in 1993 - that was the days of audio tape and was widely distributed through Cancer Support Groups in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. I re-recorded when the world changed over to CD’s and this was when Kim Bidstrup recorded the introduction. Previously is was all Sylvia’s voice. Throughout the years it has helped so many through days of struggle and dark nights of isolation and aloneness. At present we are physically isolated as we heal the lands and peoples. My hope is that this will help someone find their inner sanctum of peace.
